About the Download

A powernap audio to help refresh your mind during the day. Ideally you’ll want to fall asleep within the first 5 minutes. This will get easier as you become more acquainted with the audio. Don’t worry about sleeping for too long as there’s an alarm at the end to wake you up!

INSTRUCTIONS: Simply lie down somewhere comfortable, and wear headphones. For best results, spend a few minutes beforehand relaxing your body and stilling your mind of any thoughts.
