Get a great night’s sleep and trigger lucid dreams with this awesome new induction, which features soothing ambient music, binaural beats and isochronic tones. This unique audio features a popular technique within the field of hypnosis – pre-hypnotic suggestions. Headphones are optional!

☛ PRE-HYPNOTIC SUGGESTIONS

This section of the audio is optional. The pre hypnotic suggestions are designed to prime your mind for the lucidity-trigger affirmations which begin to play 25 minutes before the end of each 90 minute sleep cycle. Also included is a 6hz isochronic tone (theta) to help prepare your mind for sleep.

☛ THE INDUCTION

The main induction begins by  guiding your mind through the theta frequencies, culminating with a delta wave (2hz) at the 30 min mark. Around one hour into the audio, the borderline alpha/beta frequencies begin (12hz) as the affirmations reach max volume. These fade in very gradually so you’re not startled awake. 25 minutes later, the frequency begins to return to 6hz as the cycle repeats.  It’s interesting to note that the music used during the triggers is identical to that used during the pre-hypnotic affirmations…this serves to reinforce the pre-associative link.

☛ INSTRUCTIONS

Simply lie down and fall asleep to the audio. You may want to skip to the affirmations beforehand to set the volume levels accordingly. Isochronic tones are featured in addition to binaural beats, so headphones are optional. Please note that unlike the 4 hour Youtube version, this one has been reduced to 1hr & 30 minutes to keep the file size down. However, the audio has been designed to loop seamlessly so you can either use your MP3 player’s ‘loop’ function, or alternatively  listen for a single cycle.

☛ TIPS

Lucid dreaming is an amazing phenomenon, and takes a lot of patience to experience on a consistent basis. It is recommended that you keep a dream journal near your bed and record your dreams every morning. It is also important to develop the habit of performing ‘reality checks’ throughout the day, as the lucidity triggers (affirmations) will prompt you to perform these in your dream.
