You should get at least 15 minutes of regenerative sleep from this audio session. Rather than hit you straight away with the Delta (2Hz) frequency, we’ve begun the session at Beta (15Hz)… after your brain syncs with the beat, you will begin a slow descent through the frequency spectrum from Beta down to Delta. This method  is far more effective than using a single delta frequency. The bell sounds will wake you up once the session is complete.
