‘The Zone’ is a study aid which utilises frequencies within the alpha and beta range. The Alpha rhythm produces a relaxed state of consciousness conductive to the absorption of new information; meanwhile beta maintains focus and concentration, and counteracts any fatigue that you may experience after studying for extended periods.
This interchange results in optimal information processing and the induction of a relaxed mental headspace, where you can focus on the task at hand, blocking out any distractions within your working environment.
The isochronic tones are administered in ten minute intervals, beginning with beta, then switching to alpha after 10 minutes. Each successive interval features an incremental increase in frequency to further maintain focus.
