The purpose of this audio is to help the listener relieve anxiety and stress through the use of relaxing music embedded with binaural beats in the theta range. A relaxed state can interrupt troublesome feelings of anxiety, allowing you to respond to certain situations in a more relaxed and balanced manner.

Long term use (i.e. once a day over the course of a month) will help you internalise this relaxed state, allowing a greater sense of presence when dealing with the stresses of life. Ideally this should be part of a holistic approach, including diet and exercise.
