For this lucid dream induction we have placed an additional 7-minute relaxation-hypnosis at the start to increase your chances of falling asleep within the firs 10-minutes. This is so your REM state coincides with the triggers/affirmations during REM sleep.

It is important to develop the habit of performing ‘reality checks’ throughout the day as one of the affirmations will prompt you to perform these in your sleep.  The aim of this tool is to streamline the process.
