Welcome to NeuroQuest! Did you know that the average person will sleep for approximately 229,961 hours, or basically one-third of their entire life? How great would it be to be able to spend that time in your own self made virtual reality, where you can consciously alter your own dream environment? This process is called lucid dreaming, and with a little effort and dedication you can learn to experience it on a consistent basis.

AUDIO SPECS

This brainwave entrainment audio is not only designed to help you achieve a deep sleep but will also condition your mind for conscious dream manipulation. Using both binaural beats and isochronic tones, it begins by guiding your brainwaves over the course of 30 minutes from the theta state (7hz) down to delta (0.5). These delta waves are characteristic of deep-sleep and play out the next 30 minutes. At 60 minutes, the delta waves begin to rapidly ascend, culminating with a beta wave (12hz) at the 65 minute mark. This serves to kick your mind into lucidity by mimicking the active brainwave states of ordinary waking consciousness, and plays for around 25-30 minutes before descending back down to Delta. The cycle repeats two more times; with the third repetition slightly shorter in duration.

INSTRUCTIONS

Listen as you fall asleep. You can choose to listen with headphones or speakers, it’s entirely up to you. With either method, it’s important to adjust the volume to a level that you find comfortable and therefore allows you to easily drift off to sleep.
