Lucidia v3 (Gamma Trigger)

About the Download

This is the third and final version of our ‘Lucidia’ series, which makes use of gamma waves (40hz) as lucid-triggers.

WHAT IS LUCIDIA?

Lucidia is one part of a multi-faceted approach towards the art of lucid dreaming, which uses state-of-the-art brainwave entrainment technology to help mimic a state of wakeful consciousness in your sleep, leading to complete control over your dream environment. This lucid dream induction will help provide that extra kick to lucidity as you learn to break down the walls dividing your dream and waking state through the use of state-checking, journalling etc.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Lucidia works firstly by guiding you into a deep sleep over the course of one hour. On an EEG graph, deep, dreamless sleep is characterised by a rhythm of slow, high amplitude delta waves.
After one hour and five minutes, the frequencies begin to ramp up to theta, with GAMMA waves interspersed throughout. Some of these ‘spikes’ occur very briefly over a 5 second duration; others are more prolonged. The object of these gamma waves is to trigger wakeful brainwave activity, resulting in full lucidity. At 1:25:00, the frequency begins to descend and the cycle repeats several more times.

HOW DO I LISTEN?

Simply listen as you fall asleep. Isochronic tones are used in addition to binaural beats, so no headphones are required. We recommend a low volume, but just high enough for you to perceive the pulsing effect of the isochronic. The music should be easily ignorable so that you can fall asleep easily.

STATEMENTS OF INTENT

It may help to mentally recite any or all of the following lucid dream affirmations before you go to sleep:

“I will lucid dream tonight”
“I will wake up within my dream”
“Recognizing when I am dreaming is becoming effortless”
“I am starting to remember my dreams every day”
“I am becoming a lucid dreamer”
“Controlling my dreams is becoming easy”
“My dream awareness is growing stronger”
“I will control my dreams”
“I am transforming into someone who lucid dreams each and every night”
“I will recognize when I am dreaming”

HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT LUCID DREAMING?

If you’re new to this, and would like more information on how to lucid dream, there are two books we recommend:

1)’How to Master Lucid Dreaming’ by Sean Kelly

2)’Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming’ by Stephen Laberge.

The Sean Kelly book is more to the point, while the Laberge’s book is more in depth. If you’re a total beginner and can only buy one, go for the Sean Kelly one as it provides a concise, methodical approach.
