This audio is designed to help you acquire 20-30 mins of rest. A low volume is recommended. The session begins at 11hz then descends down to 0.5hz. Towards the end, the frequency ramps up to 14hz in order to awaken you from your sleep. Several bell sounds have been added to help ease you from your sleep. These fade in slowly over the course of 2 mins. You can use this audio to help recharge/refocus your mind during your study period, or during a break at work.

Use headphones for best results! Both isochronic tones and binaural beats are used, though the binaurals fade out over time. Please note that if you’re not used to falling asleep to brainwave audios, there is usually an adjustment period, though some may experience results right away. A useful tip is to spend 5 mins beforehand relaxing your body and mind.
