A beta brainwave entrainment audio for inducing states of focus and concentration necessary for speed reading through study material, particularly during exam revision when the student has to skim through and integrate large amounts of information.
This audio is designed to be played at a low volume – to determine the best level, begin at ‘0’ volume, then gradually raise the volume meter until you find a level that is pleasing to your ears. If it becomes too overstimulating, back it off slightly. I recommend you take 5 minute breaks every 15 minutes or so.
This work & study aid uses beta brainwaves between 14 & 17hz. These are administered through binaural beats, which are produced when two different tones are played in each ear, and your brain perceives a ‘beat frequency’ that is the difference between the two. The rate at which these beats modulate is known to create various states of consciousness, ranging from Delta (Sleep and Deep Relaxation) to Gamma, which is on the other end of the spectrum relating to more wakeful states of consciousness. The beta frequencies used here, which precede gamma, provide the stimulation necessary without becoming too harsh.
Due to the nature of binaural beats, headphones will be required for you to get the most out of this audio.
